Risk Disclosure
Understand the risks before using GROD.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Digital asset risk
Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all value. Liquidity, market access, regulation, taxation, and technology can change rapidly. Do not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
Network and contract risk
BNB Smart Chain transactions can be delayed, reordered, rejected, or become expensive. Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, providers, and other dependencies may contain defects or be compromised. Confirm the network, address, amount, and permissions before signing.
Custody and security risk
You control your wallet credentials. Lost keys, malicious approvals, phishing, malware, or transfers to an incorrect address can cause permanent loss. GROD cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.
Regulatory and operational risk
Laws and access restrictions vary and may change without notice. Services can be suspended for maintenance, security, provider outages, or compliance reasons. Independent professional advice may be appropriate for your circumstances.
Trading, liquidity, and reward risk
GROD does not guarantee returns, liquidity, token value, capital protection, or access to a market. Voluntary holder, staking, referral, mining, and liquidity-provider rewards are not risk-free and are unavailable until their applicable policies, funding, and infrastructure are approved and activated.
